Great property for the money, having balcony and parking. Positive: Location was excellent for regatta and having a balcony over the river. The parking available is key, as it’s very hard to find spaces at this time of year. The apartment has all the amenities needed and is quite comfortable and very clean. Negative: Would have preferred a larger television. Somewhere to hang clothes in master bedroom, even a rail on the wall would do.

Lovely view with close amenities which is very convenient! Positive: Gorgeous view from the balcony! Very clean and right next to a The crab pub! Also close to shops and amenities plus the river Dart tour boats and ferry leave from your doorstep. Negative: You can hear the upper apartment at night especially if they are out on their balcony. But depends on whether the occupants are respecting the noise rules.

Amy fabulous, location good to watch boats etc. facilities very good in apartment. Very clean throughout. Extra pillo Positive: Location. Cleanliness. Oven worked very well. Everything we needed. Amy who we were in contact with through Holland group. Double her salary! She is worth it. Super efficient and helpful especially when we asked to stay an extra night. Ten out of ten for customer service. Negative: Exposure to people as on first floor. Suggest screening the first two feet of balcony. Decor is very dated 1980’s. Needs investment to bring it up to modern standards. Nothing drastic but wood chip could be removed, or just painted white, look at Harbourside 3.

Amazing location with average bedding. Positive: Amazing location and restaurants downstairs. Host called to make sure we understood the check in procedure. Negative: The beds, pillows and linen were incredibly uncomfortable, both so so soft and felt very cheap. For the price and location and the amount of bookings they get - this would be a simple fix.
