Great location but noisy if staying for several nights. Positive: The communication was excellent and the apartment was very clean. The view from the balcony was lovely to wake up to in the morning. Free parking is a great bonus too. Would stay with the company again but not this apartment. Negative: Unfortunately, there was a delivery from 5am-6am in the morning that woke us up. The cafe downstairs plays loud thumping music from 8am that you can hear inside the whole apartment. The front door to the cafe loudly bangs and shakes the living room and front bedroom when shutting - would highly recommend speaking with the cafe to see if they can add a soft close to the door and to not play music so loudly first thing. If staying one night, it shouldn’t bother you but we tend to have breakfast and lunch and chill at an apartment when we stay for a few days each year which felt difficult to do. Would also recommend a bit more storage in the bathroom (or dressing table area in main bedroom) and a full length mirror.

Good value Positive: Beautiful views, comfy beds, well equipped kitchen and loved the smell of the hand wash/shower gel etc. A few niggles but overall we had a lovely stay. Negative: Sofa bed not fit for purpose, ended up moving a mattress to the lounge for my friend. I messaged the property before we stayed to say there would be an extra guest but no response and only towels for two. It was also very noisy from below, the cafe doors bang loudly and very noisy early morning deliveries but cafe closes about 5 so not noisy in the evening

Lovely views, very convenient but a bit noisy. Positive: Lovely location looking out over the water. Comfortable rooms. Negative: Very noisy below- heard and felt the door to the cafe open and close underneath. Also about 6am the place next door was having barrels delivered/removed and more noise which woke us all up. Not very relaxing.

Amazing view with all the facilities needed. Right in the centre of Dartmouth Positive: Amazing location overlooking the river Dart. Comfortable bed and good shower. Well appointed kitchen. Even sitting in the lounge for breakfast was fantastic , looking out at the waterside with people passing by, ferries and yachts really peaceful. Negative: Happy with everything
