Harbourside 3 - Luxury Riverside Apartment

Location and views are everything! Positive: Perfect location and views! Dartmouth is a gorgeous location for a mini break. We cooked at home on all 4 nights and the large circular table next to the balcony meant the setting was wonderful. Small kitchen but it worked for us. Negative: Sadly the apartment was not very clean. Sticky floors, crusty food stuck on the sofa, sticky wooden table top. Dirty towel left behind one door but we could use that as a bath mat because one wasn’t provided. Only 3 towels and 2 hand towels. Had to buy more loo rolls after day 2. Slight niggles due to no ice box in fridge and no serving platters or bowls for fruit or snacks. No cleaning spray for hob or kitchen surfaces, and the most useless non-fairy-liquid ever… never felt our washing up was grease-free. No wardrobes or hanging space. But none of this was too serious and we loved our stay!!

Good views, central location - right in the heart of everything in the town Positive: The location was exceptional. We were there in December, so we weren't expecting sunshine, but even wih the rain, we managed to sit out on the balcony. The views across the river were brilliant. The access to the town was brilliant, even with the rain. Negative: If I had one suggestion it would be to get a microwave oven in the kitchen. However, this was in no way a showstopper.
