Positive: Location and lounge.
Negative: The service from booking .com when we had a problem - it was awful

A lovely location. Clean with everything we needed for our stay. Would like to visit again.
Positive: Views - especially the Santa train lit up at night across the river. Then breakfast looking out over the harbour.

Another perfect stay in Dartmouth. Already booked for next year.
Positive: Fabulous location with perfect views. Nice modern and comfortable interior.
Negative: Single beds in 2nd bedroom not really suitable for adults.

Positive: My heart sunk on finding lock on entrance door jammed so anybody could enter.
The stairwell was a disgrace and really let the property down.
Apart from broken lock the decor in hall was horrible and loads of uncollected mail lying on floor.
One small complaint fridge was much to cold - it actually froze a cucumber.
Locatipn/ view is lovely,also nice to have parking included not too far away.
