Beautiful house, lovely weather, highly recommended Positive: The finish on the house is superb, having stayed there recently before we knew what to expect and we were not disappointed, location is fab, parking permit very welcome, one of our favourite properties in Dartmouth. Negative: N/A

Convenient location but this property has too many stairs and ants. Positive: Location was good for access to everything Negative: Surprised to have 4 flight of stairs which was not in the description- 1 of our party found this a struggle after knee replacement. Facility's were good but there were ants in the downstairs bathroom! The front door lock is temperamental and sometimes was a struggle to get out.

We loved the house with great views and will book again Positive: Great location and great facilities and place for us all to relax Negative: The downstairs shower door did not close properly however this did not affect our use of the shower.

Fab family weekend away, beautiful house with all the amenities you’d need for a comfortable stay Positive: Great location, well equipped, clean, lovely shower. Convenient parking given the location of the property was in the centre of the town Negative: Nothing (church bells were a bit noisy)
