Fabulous location, ideal for exploring on foot Positive: Fantastic location, walkable to great restaurants, shops and pubs and of course the lovely waterfront. The parking voucher was a wonderful benefit Negative: The towels were very skimpy but fortunately we were only there two nights. It would be nice to have a waste paper bin in each of the bedrooms as walking down a flight of stairs just to get rid of a used tissue for instance became irritating but a small gripe in the scheme of things.

Fabulous stay in beautiful Dartmouth. We will definitely be back. Positive: Great location for shops and restaurants. Property was spacious and very comfortable. We especially liked the balcony on the top floor which was great for a pre dinner drink Negative: The house is split over 4 levels so there are lots of stairs to climb. This was fine for us, but it could be a problem if you had some mobility issues. No welcome pack which would be helpful regarding the recycling and rubbish.

Way above my expectation, perfect location. Positive: Location was excellent, just a few metres from town centre. Cleanliness was brilliant. Facilities were excellent. Accommodation was very flexible over four levels. There is a lounge/chill couch area at kitchen level and an outside area to eat/sit, a balcony on the top floor bedroom, two bathrooms, and a TV lounge. Attached pic shows the character of the glass in the lounge window giving a rather charming and quirky look to the local architecture. PS. I don't usually bother with reviews, but this place was almost perfect and deserves to be highlighted. Negative: The church in the town chimes throughout the night. I actually liked it, but I was in a party of three.

Haus in toller Lage Positive: Das Haus war sauber und hat eine super Lage. Besonders der Küchen-Esseckenbereich war sehr hübsch. Die Betten sind bequem. Negative: Die Terassentür ließ sich nicht abschließen, was kein gutes Gefühl war. Es gibt viele Treppen mit geringer Deckenhöhe, was sich ja aber in so einem (dafür stilvollen) Haus nicht ändern lässt.
